What is Restored Creative?
Restored Creative is a photography company founded and owned by Taylen Hippolyte. RCP seeks not only to capture beautiful moments of other's lives, but also to affirm and help encourage others in their Identity in Christ. RCP believes that everyone that is made in God's image and His beauty, even in their imperfections - which is why Restored Creative strives to bring out the best in people with love and joy in every session and photo taken.
A little background on Restored Creative:
RC Photography has been a desire of mine to do on and off for a year now. The Lord has placed this idea in my heart and has led me to getting into photography since the moment I looked at the camera equipment my grandfather gave me and asked Him “Lord, why do I have this in the first place?” Ever since that day I offer did photography recreationally and only to realize that I enjoyed it a lot!
Restored Creative Photography is a space I made to creatively explore storytelling through imagery - while also create authentic connections with the people I work with. As I believe we are made in the image of God, my goal is to always showcase this vision in beautifully capture moments that bring out the best in people in our everyday life and surroundings. It also helps to have an education background in Architecture alongside a love for Arts & Culture! Having both has definitely allowed me to carry out the vision I have, as each aspect has shaped my appreciation of the details and little moments in life.
My hope is that those who choose to work with me would also see Christ’s light - not only through myself, but how it wonderfully shines through you as well.
Artist. Visionary. Believer.
Taylen Hippolyte is currently based in Florida exploring her love for Arts. A recent graduate from the University of Florida, she aspires to combine the knowledge gained from her Bachelor of Design in Architecture with her passions and pursuit of other creative arts – Photography, Design, Art, Writing, and Dance. While also obtaining a minor in undergrad in Sustainability & the Built Environment, it allowed her to view the world differently – and her part in it. From studying the effects of racial and socioeconomic issues on how our environments are built to being able to connect and empathize with people on the basis on sustainability. Much of this has shaped her perception of what is truly valuable.
Much of her interests and inspirations draw from her background of personal Faith - thus combining her beliefs with her passions as it allows her to be completely authentic to who she is in the world.
One of her dreams is to become a Creative Director of a cross-cultural visual and performing arts company. She believes art serves an important purpose in the world and is a powerful way to communicate stories relative to the everyday experience of life.
